General Policies

reschedule policy

At Emily Nicole Esthetics, we deeply value the time and commitment of our clients. In order to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service, we kindly request a notice of at least 48 hours if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, as the preparations for each appointment involve valuable time, supplies, and equipment.

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, we kindly ask for your cooperation by acknowledging that Emily Nicole Esthetics reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

In case the card on file is declined, we will promptly send you an invoice via email to facilitate payment of the rescheduling fee. We kindly request that you settle this fee upon receipt. Please note that payment must be received prior to your rescheduled appointment.

To make changes to your scheduled appointment, please log into your Vagaro account either through the website or mobile app. Please make these changes at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you require any further assistance regarding appointment rescheduling, please feel free to reach out to Emily at 417-453-2909 via call or message.

Please be aware that this policy is not applicable when Emily needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

late policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all our valued clients, please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late to your schedule appointment at Emily Nicole Esthetics, we will automatically cancel and reschedule your appointment. We do this to avoid any inconvenience caused to other clients and their scheduled appointments.

We kindly request your understanding that a late rescheduling fee, totaling 50% of the cost of the service, will be applicable. We kindly ask that the late rescheduling fee be paid upon receipt. Payment must be received prior to booking another appointment. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Please note that this policy does not apply if Emily is running behind schedule.

no show policy

At Emily Nicole Esthetics, we kindly request that you honor your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your scheduled service to the card on file.

To ensure fairness to all our valued clients, we require prompt payment of the No Show Fee upon receipt before you can book another appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy, Reschedule Policy, and No Show Policy

Refunds & Exchanges Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review our policies before booking an appointment or review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through emilynicoleesthetics.com, purchased at Emily Nicole Esthetics or performed at Emily Nicole Esthetics.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from Emily Nicole Esthetics are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Emily Nicole Esthetics. This policy applies but is not limited to:

  • Gift Cards

  • Sale Items

  • Tips

  • Services

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Emily Nicole Esthetics.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify Emily Nicole Esthetics for a possible refund or exchange.

  • Expired Products: Receiving a product in an expired condition warrants a report to Emily Nicole Esthetics within 7 days for potential refund or replacement.

  • Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.

Payment

I do not require a deposit to book an appointment at this time. You will not be charged for service until your appointment is completed. Some advanced treatments or packages require prepayment prior to treatment.

  • Don’t stress! First time clients should book a Skin Session and we can discuss which treatment options are best for your skin.

  • Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable, I ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

    If you miss your scheduled appointment time, Emily Nicole Esthetics reserves the right to charge you the amount of the service. This must be paid prior to being allowed to book another appointment.

  • Please note that it takes time, supplies and equipment to be prepared to give you the best possible service.

    If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment it will automatically be cancelled and we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge the full cost of service.

  • If you are under the age of 18, an accompanied adult may be in the treatment room with you.

    Otherwise, to give you the most relaxing and attentive service please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment without prior consent.

  • Emily Nicole Esthetics does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, services, packages or tips. No exceptions.

  • Please arrive on time with NO makeup on your skin (even tinted spf). Bring a detailed list of the skincare products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you.
